Shipping
Once payment is received, we aim to dispatch the order within a few working days. Please note: orders are not processed and dispatched on weekends, as postal delivery is not available then. Your order will be sent as a standard gift in a letterbox package.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are GBP 14.75 with track and trace regardless of the size of your order per postal package. For shipments to other countries, the costs are GBP 24.95 per letterbox package with track and trace, also regardless of the size of your order.
Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your order. If the jewelry do not meet your expectations, you can return the jewelry within 14 calendar days. You must notify us of the return shipment at info@anniekslingerland.com
Please note: custom-made jewelry may not be returned.
When returning jewelry, it is very important that one of the your order is still in the unopened seal bag. If this is not the case, the return will not be processed.
The shipping costs for the return are at your own expense. We request you to sufficiently stamp and securely package the return shipment (preferably in a bubble wrap envelope or a letterbox package box).
Anniek Slingerland is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipment or for returns that do not arrive. Only when the return shipment arrives on time, complete and undamaged, will the purchase amount of the earrings be refunded to the card used in the original transaction.
Exchanges cannot be made with our system, you can order new jewelry via the shopping cart (and return the other pair according to the procedure described above).

Verzending
Zodra de betaling ontvangen is, streven we ernaar de bestelling binnen enkele werkdagen te verzenden. Let wel: bestellingen worden niet in het weekend verwerkt en verzonden, omdat de postbezorging dan stil ligt. Uw bestelling wordt standaard als cadeautje verzonden in een brievenbuspakketje.
Verzendkosten
De verzendkosten bedragen GBP 14,75 met track en trace ongeacht de grootte van uw bestelling per postpakket. Voor zendingen naar overige landen zijn de kosten GBP 24,95 euro per brievenbuspakje met track en trace, ook ongeacht de grootte van uw bestelling.
Retourneren
We hopen dat u tevreden bent met uw bestelling. Mochten de oorbellen toch niet aan uw verwachtingen voldoen, kunt u de oorbellen binnen 14 kalenderdagen retour sturen. U dient melding te maken van de retourzending op info@anniekslingerland.com
Let wel: op maat gemaakte oorbellen / custom made sieraden mogen niet geretourneerd worden.
Bij het retourneren van oorbellen is het zeer belangrijk dat één van de twee oorbellen zich nog in de ongeopende sealbag bevindt. Is dit niet het geval? Dan wordt de retourzending niet in behandeling genomen.
De verzendkosten voor de retourzending komen voor uw eigen rekening. We verzoeken u de retourzending voldoende te frankeren en stevig te verpakken (bij voorkeur in een bubble wrap envelop of in een brievenbuspakketdoosje).
Anniek Slingerland is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade die is ontstaan bij de retourzending of voor retourzendingen die niet aankomen. Pas wanneer de retourzending tijdig, compleet en onbeschadigd is aangekomen, zal het aankoopbedrag van de oorbellen worden teruggestort op de kaart die gebruikt is bij de oorspronkelijke transactie.
Ruilen kan niet met ons systeem, u kunt nieuwe oorbellen via de winkelmand bestellen (en het andere paar retour sturen volgens de hierboven beschreven werkwijze).
